The style is simple and elegant, just like the original and healthy food here, which pays attention to the original taste of the ingredients in order to achieve a balanced taste. The owner and chef of OKUDA, Mr. Toru Okuda, opened his first restaurant in Japan in 1999 and has always maintained the traditional cooking style. After my friend and I came here once, we couldn&#39;t stop and always wanted to come again.

I highly recommend Flora Danica! It&#39;s a rare Nordic-style restaurant on Hong Kong Street that&#39;s not too touristy, cost-effective, comfortable, and delicious. The appetizer surprised us a little bit. Raw cod carpaccio served with avocado mustard secret sauce. The main course was simple chicken but it was super tender. The dessert was very refreshing mint red fruit evaporated milk. The waiter was also handsome and humorous.

My wife and I have been visiting this restaurant for more than 10 years. It&#39;s always good and our go-to for fish dishes in Paris. The service from the manager and his team is excellent.
